Finished Products Warehouse of “Artemivsk Winery”

Our company designed and constructed a new finished products warehouse for the leading domestic sparkling wine producer “ARTEMIVSK WINERY”.

The construction of the new logistics complex began in 2011 and was part of a comprehensive investment program aimed at modernizing production facilities, improving the logistics system, and expanding storage areas.

The “Artemivsk Winery” logistics complex has the following characteristics:

• loading and unloading structures: automatic dock-type gates (dock shelters) equipped with loading and unloading platforms (dock levelers) with adjustable lifting height;
• accounting and control system: automated system allows computerization of reception, shipping, and inventory of finished products, special box marking enables monitoring and tracking of product movement from production to end consumer (including production dates, processing, shipping, information about the carrier, etc.);
• temperature control: rooftop air conditioning system maintains constant temperature throughout the year, optimal for storing sparkling and still wines;
• location: has convenient access roads ensuring heavy vehicle traffic;
• complex infrastructure: a new 185m road connects the warehouse territory with the enterprise’s production area;
• vehicle parking: parking areas and waiting zones for heavy vehicles are available, ensuring unobstructed maneuvering;
• security system: security is provided by 24/7 video surveillance, physical security points, fire and security alarm systems, with security staff office and rapid response teams and K-9 unit located directly on the complex territory;
• number of workplaces: 15;
• operating schedule: 250 days per year.
