Company AK ART-BUD is proud to announce the completion of a large-scale project—the construction of a new anti-radiation shelter (P-5 group) for Kalynivka Lyceum of the Voskresensk Settlement Council.

Implementation of this strategically important project was carried out by the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) with financial support from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark. We are sincerely grateful to our international partners for the opportunity to contribute to an initiative that ensures sustainable development and protection of Ukrainian communities.

For our company, this was a technically complex and responsible challenge. The AK ART-BUD team executed the full cycle of works: from soil preparation and sheet pile excavation support to high-precision installation of complex life support systems.

Why is this facility unique?
The constructed facility is not simply a protective space, but a civil defense structure that meets the highest international standards. The shelter is equipped with:

  • An air filtration system that guarantees protection against a wide range of external threats.
  • A powerful 75 kVA diesel generator that ensures complete energy independence of the facility.
  • Modern systems for fire protection and 24-hour video surveillance.
  • Modern lifts for people with disabilities, making the space 100% barrier-free and inclusive.

We understand that the quality of our work is, above all, the safety of children. Therefore, every stage of construction was conducted under strict technical supervision using the best certified materials.

We thank UNOPS, the Government of Denmark, and the client for their trust. We are proud that together we are building a safe future for Ukraine!
