Business Center “Eco-Tower”

Our company performed the functions of general contractor during the construction of the multifunctional public center “ECO-TOWER” at 160-162 Lenin Avenue in Zaporizhzhia.

The multifunctional center is a standalone building facing Lenin Avenue. The facility has 3 underground and 18 above-ground floors. The building is divided into two functional blocks. The project includes shops on the first, second, and third floors, while the office part of the building is located from the fourth to the 17th floor. The kitchen with a restaurant and banquet halls are located on the 17th and 18th floors. Part of the kitchen (production workshops and warehouses) is located in the technical basement.

The underground part of the building includes parking lots, necessary technical rooms, and vertical communication facilities. Each parking level has 47 parking spaces, totaling 94 parking spaces.

From Lenin Avenue, on the southwest side, two entrances to the store and one entrance to the office area are designed. On the southeast side of the building, there are two exits – one from the underground floors and one from the external fire escape stairs in the office part of the building. On the northeast side, the project includes two technical entrances/exits. One entrance is for service and is intended for kitchen staff, while the second entrance serves for store and kitchen supplies. On the northwest side, there is an exit from the store.

Entry and exit from the parking lot to Lenin Avenue is via a ramp.
