Two multi-story residential buildings with built-in and attached commercial premises, underground and guest parking facilities
During the implementation of this project, our company performed the following works with its own resources:
- foundation construction:
- crushed stone preparation;
- concrete preparation;
- monolithic reinforced concrete foundation slab;
Monolithic reinforced concrete frame of underground and above-ground parts of buildings:
- walls;
- floor slabs;
- stair flights;
- waterproofing of underground part;
Preparatory and auxiliary works:
- temporary roads;
- material storage areas;
- temporary water supply;
- tower crane foundation;
- assembly-disassembly of MKG-25 01A crane;
- vehicle washing facility;
- temporary protective fencing;
The following works were also performed with the involvement of subcontractors:
- external and internal brick masonry;
- foam concrete partition masonry.
