New Construction of a Civil Defense Shelter (Anti-Radiation Shelter Group P-5) for Kalynivka Lyceum

Our company has implemented a full range of works for the construction of a modern civil defense protective shelter. The project was of strategic importance for ensuring a safe educational process under martial law conditions.

Works Performed:

• Preparatory and Earthworks: site clearance, excavation arrangement using sheet pile enclosure for soil stabilization.
• Structural Solutions: installation of foundation slabs, erection of walls using prefabricated reinforced concrete wall panels and slabs with a high degree of protection.
• Engineering Systems:
  • Installation of an autonomous ventilation and air conditioning system with absorption filters.
  • Installation of water supply, sewerage, and heating systems.
  • Installation of modern electrical networks and lighting.
• Security Systems: installation of automatic fire alarm system, notification system, installation of airtight and fire-resistant doors.
• Autonomy: installation and commissioning of a 75 kVA diesel generator for uninterrupted power supply to the facility.
• Inclusivity and Accessibility: installation of a lifting platform (elevator) for persons with reduced mobility, tactile navigation, and full compliance with DBN requirements for accessibility.
• Site Improvement: restoration of road surface, paving installation, landscaping, and fence installation.

Result: A reliable protective shelter has been created that meets all state building codes of Ukraine and guarantees maximum safety for students and lyceum staff.
