Donetsk Digital Planetarium

The new digital “Planetarium” is a unique cultural and educational center, the first in Eastern Europe and one of two hundred similar centers in the world. The “Planetarium” is a turnkey project executed by a group of professional companies. The construction coordination was carried out by “AK Engineering-Donbass” company – the general contractor for the construction of the “Planetarium”.

The implementation of this project involved the construction of a special building; installation of internal and external engineering networks that meet the requirements of high-precision digital equipment; organization of supply and installation of the “digital planetarium system”, including software, hardware, and projection equipment; the entire complex of finishing works and landscaping of the adjacent territory, allowing for full operation of the facility immediately upon completion of the works.

The company “AK ART-BUD” performed a number of general construction and finishing works during the implementation of this project.
