Kyiv and Chernihiv Regions
As part of our strategic partnership with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), our company has implemented a large-scale project for the major renovation of six educational facilities in the Kyiv and Chernihiv regions. The main objective was to create a safe, energy-efficient, and modern space for learning and development of children affected by military actions. This CC2 consequence class project required impeccable coordination, strict adherence to standards, and implementation of advanced engineering solutions.
Key Areas of Work and Achieved Results:
Energy Efficiency and Comfort Enhancement:
Complete replacement of window (230 m²) and door (130 m²) structures with modern 5-chamber Glasso 7S systems featuring double-chamber energy-saving glass units.
Heating system modernization through installation of 200 high-efficiency Mirado/Diva bimetallic radiators.
Complete lighting system upgrade: 490 outdated fixtures replaced with economical LED lights, providing bright and healthy illumination while significantly reducing energy consumption.
Creating a Healthy Microclimate:
To ensure constant fresh air supply without heat loss, an innovative solution was implemented — installation of 85 PRANA 200C decentralized ventilation systems with heat recovery. This guarantees a healthy indoor microclimate throughout the year.
Comprehensive Infrastructure Renewal:
Complete interior renovation of over 9,700 m² (floors, walls, ceilings) using durable and environmentally friendly materials (Tarkett, Ceresit).
Restoration of key engineering networks: electrical supply, water supply, and sewage systems.
Complete replacement of plumbing fixtures with reliable and hygienic solutions from GROHE.
Responsible Project Management:
The entire process, from demolition to finishing works, was accompanied by strict quality control.
Systematic removal and disposal of approximately 800 tons of construction waste in accordance with environmental regulations.
Thanks to our team’s professionalism, six educational institutions were completely transformed into modern, safe, and comfortable educational centers that meet high international standards.
