Large-scale Renovation Program: Comprehensive Modernization of 12 Educational Institutions for UNICEF

As part of our strategic partnership with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), our company has implemented a large-scale project for the renovation of 12 educational institutions in Cherkasy and Kirovohrad regions. The project was particularly demanding as it involved facilities with medium (CC2) and significant (CC3) consequence classes, requiring impeccable engineering preparation, strict adherence to technologies, and enhanced quality control at all stages.

Key areas of work and achieved results:

Energy Efficiency and Comfort Enhancement:

Complete replacement of 500 m² of window structures with modern 5-chamber STEKO IDEAL 4000 systems featuring double-chamber energy-saving glass units.
Modernization of heating systems through installation of new high-efficiency Mirado/Diva bimetallic radiators.
Implementation of PRANA decentralized ventilation systems with heat recovery, ensuring quality air exchange without heat loss.
Complete renovation of lighting systems, replacing old fixtures with modern energy-efficient LED lighting.

Comprehensive Infrastructure Upgrade:

Complete renovation of 5,500 m² of flooring. Applied multi-layer base technology followed by installation of Tarkett commercial linoleum, with seams sealed using hot welding method to create a monolithic, wear-resistant surface.
Comprehensive finishing of over 9,700 m² of walls and ceilings using quality materials (Ceresit), ensuring durability and aesthetic appearance.
Restoration of key engineering networks: electricity, water supply, and sewerage, with replacement of plumbing equipment with reliable solutions from GROHE.

Responsible Project Management:

The implementation process was accompanied by professional construction waste management.
Systematic removal and disposal of approximately 1,400 tons of non-hazardous construction waste at certified landfills in accordance with environmental standards.

Thanks to our team’s professionalism and systematic management approach, 12 educational institutions were transformed into modern, safe, and energy-efficient educational centers. This project once again confirmed our ability to successfully implement technically complex and large-scale programs for leading international organizations, working with high-responsibility facilities.
